Leave your laundry in bags in an accessible area (we can’t accept hampers or baskets - garbage bags are fine if you do not have a laundry bag).
Pick up & delivery windows are 8 AM - 10:30 AM and 5 PM - 9 PM M - F, with default pick up in the morning, and delivery next day evening. Let us know if you prefer another time frame.
PRICING
FOLDED: $2.25 / LB + $5.75 Service Charge / Order $27 Minimum
NO FOLD: $1.85 / LB + $5.75 Service Charge / Order $22.20 Minimum
SPECIAL ITEMS (Comforters, Pillows, etc.)
PAYMENT
Prior to delivery, we’ll email you an invoice where you can securely store your payment information, and complete payment online. Once paid, your laundry will be sent out for delivery.
NOTE: For morning pick up, the request needs to be received by 7:00 AM on the desired pickup date. Same day requests received after 7:00 AM will be picked up between 5 and 9 PM. We recommend requesting service at least one day in advance.
We do not currently provide pick up and delivery services on Saturday or Sunday - Friday pick up requests will be delivered the following Monday.
Each order includes a $5.75 Service Charge - This helps us with the various little expenses that come with providing great laundry service.
